In this lecture we will focus on developmental levels of personality organization and integration, based on the individual's increasingly complex capacity for mental representation as exemplified by Jung's theory of archetypal psychology. In this model, the archetypes are seen as the building blocks of meaning-making and mental representation which constitute the development of the personality.
